General FAQs


What types of items are sold on your website?

We mainly sell AR-15 style firearms chambered in .223/5.56mm, 9mm, .22LR, 300BLK, 6mm ARC, 7.62x51, .308, as well as AK-style firearms and Glock-style striker-fired handguns. We also carry a complete line of firearm components and accessories for the weapons mentioned earlier, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Please verify local regulations before ordering, as some items may be restricted in your area.


How are new firearms shipped?

All new firearms are shipped in their original manufacturer's box/case/bag, including magazines, accessories, and applicable warranty information.


What is the return policy for firearms?

Firearm sales are final, and all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Warranty work must be done through the original manufacturer within one year of purchase.


Can I purchase firearms online?

Yes, but firearms can only be shipped to individuals holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). You can pick up your firearm at our store if you’re a local resident with a valid CCW, or have it shipped to an FFL near you for a 4473 transfer.


What should I do if I need to modify my order?

If you wish to modify an existing order before it is processed, email shipping@battlearmsdevelopment.com. If caught before processing, the order will be canceled, and you can place a new order on our website.


What happens if my order exceeds 21 days without the required documents?

If we have not received the necessary documents (such as a valid FFL license) for your order within 21 days, it will be canceled, and you will receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.


How long does it take for orders to be fulfilled?

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 5 business days from our distribution warehouse or in-store inventory using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.


Do you ship to states outside the lower 48?

Yes, we offer shipping to states outside the lower 48. Additional shipping costs may apply. We do not sell our products online internationally; however, we have agents around the world. For international orders, please email us at sales@battlearmsdevelopment.com with your request.


What are the age requirements for purchasing ammunition?

To purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, you must be 18 or older. For handgun ammunition, you must be 21 or older.


Is a signature required for ammunition shipments?

Yes, all ammunition will be shipped via ground delivery with an adult signature required upon receipt.


How should I ensure I'm using the correct ammunition?

It’s essential to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Always check local laws and regulations for any additional restrictions that may apply.


How do I determine if a firearm or magazine capacity is compliant with the laws in my state?

Each state has its own laws and regulations regarding firearms and magazine capacities. Before ordering a firearm or magazine, contact your local ATF branch, DOJ office, and FFL dealer to verify that your chosen item complies with your state's laws.


What is the warranty policy for Battle Arms Development products?

All new products manufactured, assembled, and/or labeled by Battle Arms Development Inc. are covered by a LIMITED LIFETIME manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. For products not manufactured by Battle Arms Development, customers should refer to the respective manufacturer’s warranty.


How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to fifteen (15) business days to return it for a full refund or replacement. Products by Battle Arms Development have an extended return period of thirty (30) days. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning products. Please contact us at 702-802-3588 or email shipping@battlearmsdevelopment.com for this number.


What condition must returned products be in?

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all product packaging and materials, to qualify for a refund.


Are there any fees for returning a product?

You will be refunded 100% of the product cost, minus shipping and handling. There is no restocking fee.


How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once a refund is processed, please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear in the same account used for the purchase. Sometimes, it may take the credit card processor 30 days to credit your account.


Can I return used or clearance products?

No, all used or clearance products are sold “AS IS,” and these sales are final with no refunds or exchanges allowed.


What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged shipment and purchased insured shipping, please contact us immediately to initiate a damage claim with the designated shipper. You will need to provide pictures of the damaged packaging and product, along with a detailed description of the damage.


What is the process for returning damaged products?

Damaged products must be returned to Battle Arms Development within 7 business days after inspection by the carrier's investigator. Please allow 30-45 days for the processing of your damage claim.


Are shipping costs included in damage claims?

Shipping damage refunds/exchanges do not include return shipping, shipping insurance costs, or handling/processing fees.

Can I buy a gun online?

Yes, you can purchase firearms online, but the gun must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You will need to complete Form 4473 with a local FFL and undergo a background check before taking possession of the firearm.


What is an FFL dealer?

An FFL dealer is a business or individual authorized by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) to sell firearms. They are responsible for conducting the required background checks and facilitating the transfer of firearms to the buyer.


How do I find an FFL dealer?

You can find an FFL dealer by conducting an online search or by asking at local gun shops. Many dealers offer online lookup tools. Be sure to verify their licensing before proceeding with your purchase.


What information do I need to provide when buying a gun online?

When purchasing a firearm online, you will typically need to provide personal information, including your name, address, date of birth, and a valid government-issued ID. Additional documentation may be required for specific firearms.


How do I place an order for a firearm?

Select the firearm on the website, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you’ll need to provide the shipping information for your chosen FFL dealer and enter any necessary identification details.


What additional costs should I expect when buying a gun online?

In addition to the price of the firearm, you may incur shipping fees, transfer fees charged by the FFL dealer, background check fees, and applicable state and local taxes. Remember to ask the FFL dealer about their pricing for transferring firearms.


Is there a waiting period for purchasing firearms online?

Waiting periods can vary by state. Some states require a waiting period between the purchase and pickup of a firearm, while others do not. Be sure to check your state’s laws regarding waiting periods.


What is the process for receiving my firearm after I make a purchase?

Once your order is processed and shipped to your chosen FFL dealer, you will be notified that the firearms have shipped to your FFL dealer. Track the package so you may coordinate the pickup after your FFL has received your firearm. You will need to present your identification and complete the required background check at the dealer before taking possession.


Can I return a firearm purchased online?

Firearm sales are final. Warranty work must be done through the original manufacturer through the official RMA process.


Are there restrictions on what types of firearms I can purchase online?

Yes, restrictions vary by state and local laws. Some areas have specific regulations regarding certain types of firearms, magazines, or accessories. Always research your local laws before making a purchase.
